"Property itself was great and spacious. The check-in instructions were a little confusing, but we were able to check in and check out without much trouble. The only problem was communicating if we needed anything - we ran out of body wash and we left a note on our door because staff would come by and collect garbage and old towels. Close to attractions and restaurants. The morning breakfasts and home stay in omakase were fantastic and delicious. Also, the in house baths were beautiful and amazing. "
