"Very clean and spacious rooms 27 sqm. Although its an older hotel and its more of a 80s vibe, its so clean, spacious and close to dotonbori. Staff were friendly. There were free amenities too. There is a washer & dryer on the 4th floor which was easy to use. And a kitchen with microwave to use for guests. All in all really good!"

"Excellent hotel for stay in Osaka. Hotel is in a quiet residential area but still 2 train stations are in 15 minutes walking distance. There are 2 family marts nearby for quick snacks. Room was spacious and well maintained. Will definitely book again if I visit Osaka. "

"Basic but good apartment with plenty space (by Japanese standards). It met our expectations as a perfect base for exploring Osaka and further afield. Only downside is as there is a hospital nearby there were a lot of sirens over night, otherwise it was quiet and comfortable."

"So many choices for ‘Breakie’. If you have a western palate’ then breads, scrambled eggs, toast, croissant, apple juice & coffee. If you like asian breakfast, lots more choices. It was abundant and the ladies worked extremely hard to keep it replenished & clean. The lobby, hallways, and rooms were spectacularly clean. Loved the proximity to Dontonbori within walking distance. The nippombashi station is at the corner & you can walk the ‘ ENTIRE’ Namba walk from Nippombashi station to Namba...

"The building itself appears to be old but the space itself looks renovated, clean, and as advertised. The pictures are brighter than the actual amount of light it gets but I would stay here again for short trips."
