"It was as if taking a step back in time. Drifting off to sleep in a dark room with the snow falling through the positioned sliding windows as to not see any of the surrounding modern day buildings, was a marvellous experience that I shall treasure forever. Great amenities, a karoke room, natural onsens, a library and not to mention both a wonderful supper and breakfast, not to mention buffet style. My only regret is not booking another night! "Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Super easy to get around for eating and shopping being so close to Sendai Station. There is this amazing Italian restaurant around the corner with great food and drinks, Mia Angela. I would have loved to try the baths but sadly I have tattoos which is not accepted here. Didn’t take away from my visit as I respect the culture and understand why. My husband and I would stay there again. "
