✦ EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT FEES ✦
Our check-in and check-out times are firm to allow for a thorough cleaning, but we can offer up to 1 hour of flexibility if needed. A fee of $10 (or $20 for both early check in and late check out) will apply. If this is something you will require, please let us know 48 hours in advance of arrival/departure so we can confirm availability with our cleaning team.

An initial 30 day supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc.) is provided upon arrival. Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed beyond this initial amount.

● Breakfast: Mon to Fri 6:30 am - 9:30 am, Sat & Sun 7:00 am to 10:00 am.

Please note that these amenities may occasionally be unavailable due to repairs or maintenance. While this can happen without notice, we do our best to ensure they remain operational and available.

✦ LOST KEYS ✦
If keys or fobs are lost, stolen, or temporarily misplaced and we need to provide access to the unit, a $100 lockout fee will apply. If replacements are also required, an additional $100 replacement fee will be charged, for a total of $200.

We kindly ask that you treat our property with respect. If any issues arise during your stay, we’ll do our best to address them as quickly as possible, but please note that no one lives onsite 24/7.

We’re always working to improve the property to make your stay more enjoyable. From time to time you may notice new additions or small changes, so the space may look slightly different from the photos.
