Full large fenced in back yard, swing set for kids, indoor workout area, large patio with covered pergola and outdoor dinning/bar area, front porch sitting area with porch swing, the amenities go on and on. Located in a new and quiet sub-division less than 10 minutes from the EAA grounds. Very quiet sub-division with other EAA renters. Enjoy peace and quiet, take a walk through its quiet and calm streets to help decompress after a long day at the EAA grounds.

Great house for an EAA visit. Only odd thing was lack of window coverings in upper small windows in master bedroom
