"Overall we are very satisfied with the hotel , friendly staffs , good room size and free water/coffee/tea offered in the lobby. Staffs offered to pack out small breakfast for us after knowing that we have early morning flight and won’t be able to have breakfast in the restaurant
The only improvement is that I wish I knew shuttle bus costs 80 Nok per person in advance and only runs every 30 mins"
"Loved the hotel ambiance which is why I booked the hotel. Some staff were very helpful. Some including manager was very disrespectful. Asked for help and was told I had to wait until They were not busy. Others had priority. I paid my money same as others so that was an insult. Also instead of help some pointed me to kiosk. While that may be helpful in some cases I prefer personal help. That's their job too."
