Room was too hot, windows were locked shut and only faced inside not outside. Showers had very low pressure and sometimes no hot water. Breakfast wasn’t great. Next time we will stay at the Scandic across the road instead.

I was not aware that there was no reception and I had to check in digitally myself. However the staff at the bar was very helpful and did everything for me. Throughout my stay, I was looked after by the staff that was working during the breakfast buffet or at the bar in the evening. The staff was lovely and extremely helpful, they would get a baby chair for my nephew every morning when I entered the breakfast area. I felt very welcomed and well looked after by everyone from the restaurant, bar to the cleaners. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice and practical hotel
Extremely well situated, very easy check in and out. Only problem, one of the windows in the room was broken, and could not be fixed, this posed a problem not so much due to the cold, but the noise from the street. The administration traded the inconvenient for free breakfast instead

For what I needed, the hotel was just right. Great location and a great breakfast. Friendly staff, very good shower, clean room and comfy bed. Not being able to open the windows was a negative. All in all, a great place and would stay there again.

A+ budget choice, C- breakfast
Great location just a block from the beautiful little park with the fountain that borders Karl Johans Gate, which is the prime area to be in Olso full of great shops and restaurants. Easily walkable to the Royal Palace, Akershus Fortress, the train station with direct access to the airport, etc. The rooms were clean and the decor cool. We got the room with two twin beds to save $ after splurging elsewhere on our trip. Small but smart use of space. Best bathroom counter space of our trip. Nice bar in the hotel. Only downside was the breakfast buffet. Least selection and lowest quality of every hotel breakfast we had throughout Norway

We will never stay in this hotel. Looks very good from outside, but in reality the rooms are so small that you can hardly walk and open your carry-on. The beds are about 3' wide, smaller than a single bed. Standard width of bed is not maintained. If you are looking for a good sleep then try other hotels. Only positive note is that it is in a good location and perhaps that's the reason for high price. The worst hotel room we have ever stayed.

Check-in and check-out was very simple. Room was small, but very affordable and quite comfortable. Nice bathroom for the price of the room. Located very conveniently near plenty of entertainment and food. This will be my choice in Oslo from now on.

Good place to stay for a few days, near the waterfront with shops and good places to eat. We rented an EV and ended up parking about a 10 min walk from the hotel in order to charge it every night (500 NOK). Keep in mind that the room was very small, and we had two people with a total of two backpacks and two carry-ons and it was a squeeze. Overall, good price and good place to stay for a few days!
