"Great room great service and great breakfast. I had noisy multiple neighbors the first night but i think the hotel management had a word with them since the nights after were noise-free. I would go here again."

"Location is great! Nice and close to the station to get in and out of the city. Plenty of buses around too, however it’s also within walking distance to landmarks like the opera house and royal palace. Staff were super friendly, however you can go your entire stay without interacting with staff as my check in and check out were self service. I only dealt with staff as I had questions and they were very accommodating with me. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was big with a nice hot shower and heated floors. My only gripe is my room was facing the street and the windows don’t seem block out the sound of cars driving over snow and ice which was quite loud. Nothing earplugs couldn’t fix"

"I had received an excellent service here. Room was quite right size plus I hav own terrace and it was too quiet. Their breakfast was equisite delicious and plentty choices. Closer to all places you wanted to go."

"Great hotel, High standard of decor and excellent staff. Bars and restaurant top quality, food excellent. Also hotel is central. Opposite the main railway station and Central Bus and tram stops. Shops and restaurants close by and about 10 mins walk to the harbour and opera house. "
