Great hotel for stopover, clean and great staff!

Great place to stay overnight for a our trip to Scandinavia from The Netherlands. Quiet area, enough parking around. Great staff, always willing to help and sort things out while also being efficient. Rooms are modern and clean.

Great, modern and convenient hotel close to Osnabruck Hbf. Rooms are modern with good amenities. Likewise, breakfast buffet was large and generous with plenty of variation.

Super nice!

Super clean and spacious. Staff friendly and accommodating. Location was great, good walk to the city center. All the amenities are here and it made for a five star feel at a 2 star price. Rooms are super quiet and heat works really well! Absolutely recommend and will stay again.

Very nice HolidayInn, very modern, nice rooms with good space and modern bathrooms. It was a little noisy due to an event in the next door building. Breakfast should be better for 22€ per person. Eggs and bacon were cold.

I lived in Osnabruck for 6 years then moved back to the UK. It was my 60th birthday and my wife and i booked a reminiscing break to Osnabruck. We choose this hotel due to the feedback, we weren't disappointed. From the moment we arrived to the day we check out, our stay was amazing. The bar sraff were so attentive and professional. Ivanka and Alpha were amazing. They brought me a special dessert for my birthday totally out of tbe blue. I cannot praise the hotel enough.

Mixed feelings.

Clean, well-appointed hotel. close to the train station. Front desk staff were lovely and helpful. The sauna area is great, although it would be nice if it was open for longer; only open from 4:30 - 10:00 p.m. The bed wasn't very comfortable and the staff was hit or miss. The evening meal I had was great and the service was fantastic. The woman who was working at breakfast was rude and when I came back to try and get some milk for a tea I made because the machine in the lobby was out of order, I was told breakfast was closed and that "people attending a conference were paying to use the coffee/tea machine in the lobby" I had no problem paying for some milk for my tea but she sent me away without helping me and was very rude. They would benefit from some training in customer service.
