The staff was not friendly, not easy access and limited parking. The place was hot and the portable air conditioner was not enough. We couldn't watch tv cause seemed like the tv or cable wasn't working. The bedding had stains and the appliances were greasy and stiky. Sorrounding area was unsafe. So overall our stay was not pleasant I wouldn't recommend this place.

It was nice, clean, quiet, good beds but the socalled full kitchen was very poorly stocked.

We really enjoyed our stay! Suite was great. The hot tub is more like a warm bath or kiddie pool. other than that great!

We didn’t get the suite we booked. When we questioned it they said oops we gave it to someone else due to a glitch. No sorry, and they didn’t try to make it right, and additionally charged us for 2 ppl in our 2 bedroom suite. We had a total of 4 ppl and that was an extra $60 dollars. Yet didn’t do anything for the fact we didn’t get the suite we booked. In addition AC wasn’t working well, and they said they would come fix, no one ever came to fix. Nickel and dime and no apologies offered or discounts when they do not provide the service they offered.

We liked the spacious suite but the beds were uncomfortable and the air conditioning units were outside of the windows with wood covering the remainder of the windows.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside was lack of directions regarding gas BBQs and maybe checking smoke alarms batteries. Overall great, access to lake less than 1/2 block away. Pool looked refreshing and open lots. All in all would definitely recommend highly, especially for families.

The courtyard was lovely, very green, nice hot tub and pool although we didn’t use either and two very nice Weber barbecues. Suite was great with a well stocked kitchen.

It had a good location, however the pool was not available as advertised. It was drained and dirty at the bottom. The air conditioner didn’t work, the jetted tub didn't work and the toilet didn’t flush properly. When I went to return the key cards I rang for service and no one came. I was going to tell them right then but there was no service. I was told my room was # 172 of the suites and there was no room # 172 so I wasted time looking for my room which turned out to be # 72 not # 172. Disppointed with this property, expected it to have been better with it being advertised on Expedia.

Room we were directed to was in a separate building with very poor access and no cart to move luggage. We did not even enter the room as the carpet at the doorway was filthy and the room stank. Had to spend a lot of time on the phone with Expedia to cancel the room and get a N/C confirmation.

This was a long weekend and we needed a room, everything in town was booked. When we managed to get a room here we were pleasantly surprised by how clean and new the room was. We were in a newer bit that is not connected to the older main building so cannot say how those rooms are but ours (173) was very clean and comfortable.

Construction going on, pool was very dirty, guest laundry facility very poor and very expensive, room was recently renovated but definitely not complete...shower leaked 24/7, clothing hanging rod falls out, one small towel rack....very noisy

Positives: good price and location. The large bar fridge and microwave worked fine. Lots of towels were provided. Negatives: Our bathroom had no hooks or towel racks, the shower squealed annoyingly. You could hear people in the next rooms.

The house converted to suites has no insulation between the walls. We could hear the people next door talking as if they were in our room. Air conditioning did not work and tv wouldn’t turn on. Hard to maneuver in the room, too much furniture/ small room.

It was just an average motel. Rooms were small but clean. Facilities were okay but nearby bar attracted drunken youth. Management was average. Not worth the high price
