"To be honest, I knew the apartment was dated but it didn't appear very clean either. For example, the bed linens seemed worn and old, the bathroom (shower) smelled moldy, the trash wasn't taken out in the kitchen, and the bathroom towels smelled bad. The fridge did not work for us after plugging it in, the bathroom towels were not full length towels (but rather hand towels), the WIFI was unreliable. "The staff, especially the front desk and restaurant staff, were uniformly excellent. They were friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean. The breakfast was very good, with the usual buffet and omelettes available. Parking in their underground garage was very convenient given the 95° heat. I would say there were two negative things. First, heavy construction is going on in the hotel. There is lots of noise between 9 and 5 PM. That is not mentioned anywhere on Hotels.com website or anywhere else, and it should be. People who are sensitive to that noise would find it probably unbearable during the day. At night, the room was very quiet. Also, there was no coffee in the room or tea, They did provide a free cup of coffee if you signed into Google and gave them a review. That is a ridiculous requirement for a free cup of coffee. Other than that, I enjoyed my visit on a quick trip and back to Vienna and would stay there again."
