Enjoy a peaceful Cape Cod getaway at this adorable Osterville home. Within easy reach of the beach and town, this two-bedroom retreat boasts a private deck complete with a gas grill and screened patio area furnished for outdoor dining. The bright and inviting living area comes well-furnished for contemporary guest comfort, featuring natural skylights and an open layout welcoming group gatherings. Guests will find a full kitchen equipped with all the major appliances and counter gadgets for home-cooking convenience, plus a washer/dryer for easy cleanup. In the evenings, unwind by the living room fireplace while streaming shows and movies on the wall-mounted smart TV. After trips to the beach, rinse-off sandy feet and beach gear in the handy outdoor shower.

The only cameras in the home are in the basement and this part of the house is not for guests.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Wonderful cottage!

Great location—easily could walk to Osterville village center; tons of sleeping spaces; many amenities like a gas fireplace, Google nest heating/cooling, plenty of lounging space, and a screened-in porch; privacy from neighbors; quiet neighborhood; great pond walks nearby.

Great weekend getaway!

The house was beautiful... very clean and in a great location, near our family. Beds a little creaky... otherwise no issues. Loved the fireplace and wished the weather would have allowed us to use the sun porch and deck. Wished we were there longer and we would definitely stay here again!

House was great. Homey and spacious. Loved having laundry. Enclosed deck was amazing. Close enough to everything you need like coffee, couple restaurants, beaches. Expect 20 min ish drive for things. Would recommend though just the fact it is dog friendly!

Overall, had a wonderful stay with my family. Size of house coupled with the many amenities and it’s close proximity to other family and shopping/dining establishments made it worth it. Although there was a leaky toilet and an annoying fire alarm beeping to start our trip, both issues were resolved. Thank you!!

Good location and home for a weekend!

We stayed here with our toddler and dog (yay dog-friendly!). Overall we had a good stay. The house is large enough to have your own space and the backyard was good for our son to play in. The screened in porch was great for having dinner and hanging out without bugs. My husband and I found the master bed to be small and uncomfortable (we're average-sized) and the outdoor shower did not appear to work while we were there. Otherwise it was a good option to stay in Osterville. Close to everything and a nice, quiet neighborhood.

Osterville Oasis

We had a great stay at the house on Falling Leaf Lane. We used every utensil and appliance in the kitchen. We were able to serve family meals and interact with family and because of this we really felt at home. The entertainment spaces were functional, comfortable and were dual function spaces. The back screened porch and deck were utilized and offered great outdoor entertainment space with privacy. The house was very neat, clean and organized. The neighborhood was quaint and each home was well maintained and festive for the changing season. We met some of the neighbors and they were very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy the house.
