The house is situated high and has a beautiful view of, among other things, orchards. 3 rooms and kitchen, 70 sqm. 4 + 1 beds. Upstairs with an open room with 2 single beds. Downstairs: 1 double room. Living room with sofa bed for 1 adult or 2 children, TV and fireplace. Kitchen with dining area, stove / oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, washing machine. Fully tiled shower / toilet, underfloor heating. Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Fenced property. Pets allowed Smoking not allowed. Distance approx: store in Tollarp 7 km, outdoor swimming pool in Huaröd 6 km, golf 13 km (Degeberga / Widtsköfle GK), fishing 11 km (Trollemölla Sportfishing, must be pre-booked), sea / sandy beach 18 km (Yngsjö), Degeberga with Forskars waterfall 9 km, Kristianstad Airport 7 km, Åhus 21 km, Kristianstad 22 km.
