Great hotel

Had a lovely stay at Hotel Maria, the staff were all lovely and welcoming, with excellent English. The location is great...10 min walk to the town square and some great pubs close by. The breakfast was a small but good selection of different items and I never left the breakfast room feeling hungry.

Nice Hotel

It was a nice Trip to Ostrava we go to Tatra Automobil Museum in small city not far from Ostrava . City of Ostrava have some nice places and very good Public Transport System.

Ostrava's important role in the Industr'l Revolutn

Friendly, helpful staff, good location nearby the old town centre. Breakfast is good, parking is very convenient, room is spacious if a little odd with the shower recess being in the bedroom and not in the bathroom. The exterior and common areas of the hotel are showing signs of s aging and not wearing it too well but essentially it still meets all the basic requirements.

Friendly service

A simple but comfortable hotel. The room was part of a large "apartment" and the bathrooms were shared with some other rooms. It seems this would be perfect for a big family, but one of the rooms is fine for a few nights even as a couple or alone. The location is very good to the get around the center, and public transport to the main train station and the airport is nearby. Very friendly service.

Staff friendly enough, cheap easy option for exploring Ostrava. Dated and tired decor. Poor soundproofing, could hear other guests snoring and being intimate from our room. Breakfast options basic but fine. Bread stale.

There was a construction it was noise and the road narrow, the Belding is old no left to upstairs ( not good for older persons) because of that we didn't stay ,it's not recommended for Arab people and older one

Cheap and central

Well hotel is cheap and compared to price acceptable. So I use it every time I visit Ostrava. This time however I got a room where toilet and bath is shared between 4 rooms. I didn't experience that either service were occupied when I needed to use them, but it's never good to share these facilities.

Ei autoilijalle

Tämä hotelli ei saisi mainostaa ilmaista pysäköintipaikkaa...niitä on 40 huoneelle 3kpl. Saatavilla oli pysäköinti 300m päässä uuden kaupungintalon alakerrassa ....se oli hirveän ahdas. Sitä paitsi siellä huijataan sillä tavalla että maksetaan n. 300kr, sitten parkkilappua ei anneta vaan pelkkä kuitti, jolla pääsee sitten pois kyllä. Arvioni mukaan sama lippu myydään useammalle autoilijalle. Pysäköinti on iso miinus. Edessä on työmaa, ei oikein pysty pysähtymään kovin lähellä. Henkilökunta puhuu englantia ja on avulias. Huone oli siisti. Aamupala oli ihan ok. Kaupungintalon takana oli hyvä ravintola.

Tres bon séjour. L'hôtel est idéalement situe a côté de l'arrêt de bus de l'aéroport. Tres bon petit-déjeuner buffet. Seul bémol, le wifi qui ne marchait pas vraiment mais on peut capter celui de l'hôtel Mercure voisin, qui est ouvert...
