Very nice hotel. A few activities you can do with the kids which is good. Staff are quite nice and friendly. If you want a quiet few days with the family thats the hotel you need to be in. Nice pool.

Wonderful! Their spa/water facility , esp hot tub to rest my tired body & was such a blessing that evening after walking for 5 hrs at the Malbork Castle on the same day. The room was big, airy beautiful with the view of front entrance. The hotel also provided us with bathrobes & slippers. The towels were big fluffy. Their breakfast spread that in addition of regular items included a variety of smoked fish, smoothies, honeycomb (that I really enjoyed), breads etc. In addition there was a whole setup for children to enjoy various breakfast goodies. The facility is located on the lake, not easily accessible by foot.

It is not 5-stars hotel!

A few disadvantages: - air condition doesn't work - bed and pillows are hard as a rock - cosmetics are very low quality - unprofessional service - the room was not cleaned every day - no room service before 2 p.m - it was very stuffy in the hotel - no towels and bathrobe in the room for our son on an extra bed
