In this bright and friendly 3-room apartment nothing to be desired! Lovingly furnished and peppered with maritime accessories, the holiday on 103sqm can be fully enjoyed. The spacious and high-quality equipped living / dining room offers both a dining area and a cozy sofa area. In the modern kitchen there is a ceramic hob, an oven, a fridge with freezer, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a mixer and various cooking utensils. The spacious bathroom has a wheelchair-friendly shower, toilet with grab bars and 2 wheelchair-accessible vanities. There are 2 bedrooms; one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Of course, storage facilities in the form of cabinets are available here. The technical equipment is presentable: 2 TVs with satellite connection, a music station with radio, CD, and connection for MP3 players and bluetoothfähige devices provide pleasure. The apartment is built at ground level and has extra wide doors. A very special highlight is the balcony with sea view.
