The bright and open living area is cozy and of high quality with TV, Blu-ray player and sofa bed 160 x 200cm. Books and board games offer the opportunity for relaxing evenings. The integrated kitchenette (extended to 2.8 m) is well equipped with a 4-ring ceramic hob, fridge (incl. Freezer), oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. In the bedroom, a double bed, pine bed with natural latex mattresses 180 x 200 cm, ensures restful sleep. The apartment also has a balcony with 4 chairs and a small table.
