The exclusive facility is equipped with an elevator, an underground car park, a bicycle parking space, a sauna (for a fee), and a laundry room with dryer and washing machine (for a fee). Look forward to relaxing days on the Baltic Sea and enjoy the fresh sea air!The villa ensemble in Baabe opened in July 2019 and is located in close proximity to the beach and the sea. It is divided into the two houses dune and sandpiper. The location by the sea gives you a great sea view from many of the exclusive apartments. There are a total of around 40 high-quality modern residential units, all with a balcony or terrace, floor-to-ceiling windows and underfloor heating. A communal sauna with relaxation room is available in the basement. There is also a washer and dryer for a fee.

This exclusive 3-room luxury penthouse apartment is about 70 square meters in size and is located on the top floor of the Villa Sandpiper in the villa ensemble. Enjoy the panoramic view from the two spacious balconies or enjoy the sun at any time of the day. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, box spring bed 200 x 180 cm and a closet with body-high interior mirrors. A bedroom with a TV 55 OLED TV with a Bluetooth-compatible soundbar. A special highlight is the own sauna in this apartment. Pure luxury. WLAN is of course available. In the basement of the villa ensemble there is a wellness area with a communal sauna for a fee, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, also for a fee. The basement room No. 22 belonging to the apartment can be used for the safe storage of bicycles, sports equipment or beach utensils. You can park your car safely in the underground car park. All levels are easily accessible by elevator.
