The approximately 45 m² apartment is on the ground floor of an apartment building. The apartment features a friendly, cosy, and tasteful interior and is fully equipped. The garden, with its mature trees and barbecue area, is a perfect place to relax. From here, you can easily reach all shopping options (supermarket, bakery), the small train station, and restaurants. Baabe’s promenade is just 100 metres away. You can also plan beautiful bike tours towards Binz, Granitz Hunting Lodge, Thiessow, or the Zick Mountains using the well-developed bike paths.<br><br><br><br>Villa Bella Casa, Apartment 07 with south-facing balcony:<br><br>This approximately 45-square-meter non-smoking apartment is located on the ground floor of the Bella Casa building in the heart of Baabe. The holiday apartment can accommodate up to 3 adults. When you enter the apartment, you’ll be greeted by a small entryway with a separate coat closet. The living-dining area with an open kitchenette is furnished with a cosy couch that can be converted into a bed in just a few simple steps (sleeping area: 1.60 m x 2.00 m), a coffee table, a reading lamp, a lowboard with a smart TV, and a DAB radio with USB and Bluetooth connectivity. A small collection of books, board games, and Wi-Fi round out the space. In the adjacent dining area, in front of a floor-to-ceiling window, there is a dining table. The open corner kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a 4-zone ceramic cooktop with oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a Nespresso capsule machine, a toaster, a kettle, and various kitchen utensils—providing everything you need for cooking. From the living area, you have direct access to the furnished (south/west-facing) balcony with a parasol, where you can comfortably wind down after a wonderful day at the Baltic Sea. From the living room, you enter the bedroom. This room also has direct access to the balcony and features floor-to-ceiling windows. Here you’ll find a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), nightstands with lamps, and a closet. Blackout curtains and insect screens throughout the apartment ensure a peaceful night’s sleep. The modern, newly renovated bathroom features an open glass shower with a low threshold, a sink area, a toilet, a makeup mirror, a hair dryer, a towel warmer, and heated floors. Pets are not allowed. Cleaning supplies such as a vacuum cleaner, mop set, broom set, clothes rack, and an iron and ironing board are provided. A parking space (No. 07) is located behind the house. There is a storage area in the garden for the bicycles you bring with you. You can book an initial set of linens (complete bedding set, 1 shower towel, 2 small hand towels) for an additional fee up to 14 days before arrival, or you can bring your own to supplement it.
