- The "Waterkant" house is located on the seaside of Baabe, just about 300 m from the fine, gently sloping Baltic Sea beach. Waldstraße runs parallel to Strandallee, making the location both central and quiet. Restaurants, shops, beauty and wellness services, as well as bus and train connections (Rasender Roland), are all within a 500 m radius.
On the 1,800 sqm property, a modern energy-saving house with solar panels has been built. Inside, you will find spaciously designed 2- and 3-room holiday apartments, each with a balcony. The outdoor area offers 700 sqm for relaxation and leisure. Here, you can enjoy a barbecue area with picnic benches, a children's play corner, table tennis, and a covered bicycle shelter. Each apartment has its own free parking space on the property. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
