It has a small south-east balcony and is easily accessible via a lift. You can also enjoy the beautiful spa area with sauna and swimming pool and large sun terrace. The exclusive complex was opened in 2013 and has direct access to the beach. The house sea view is with an elevator, an underground car park and a large wellness area with swimming pool (about 8.00 mx 4.00 m - 1.35 m deep), two saunas (a Finnish sauna / a bio-sauna) and a massage area fitted. So you can relax in every season in the house sea view.

In the bedroom with double bed there is also another TV. Internet use is included. A paid underground parking space is also available to our holiday guests.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 17:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
