The semi-detached house (Non smoking) with its 55 m² living space offers enough space for 4 adults + 1 infant up to 3 years in cot. The floor to ceiling windows in the living / dining area allow plenty of natural light and give you direct access to the covered terrace and bestuhlten (North-West). Rounding out this is a barbecue. The cozy, in Sweden style, furnished living area is furnished with a couch, coffee table, LCD TV with HD quality and satellite channels, DVD player, radio and a sideboard made of natural wood. On cooler days offer the fireplace and floor heating, a pleasant warmth. Your entertainment technology is complemented by free wireless access. The adjacent kitchen with oven, hob, extractor hood, fridge + freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and small kitchen utensils leaves nothing to be desired. Meals are served on the corresponding table with 4 chairs a. Upstairs are both bedrooms each with 2 box spring beds (each with 0.80 m x 2.00 m), dessert trays, safe and a wardrobe are equipped. In addition, you can set up a cot in one of the bedrooms. Both bedrooms access the balcony. The bathroom which is located at the same height, is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, wash basin, towel dryer and hair dryer. For our little guests you have 1x high chair and a 1x travel cot (without mattress, without Bettinlett) included. 2 small pets are welcome guests. On request, you can use a sauna on request for a fee. The initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 towel, 2 small towels) you can book up to 14 days before arrival for 12,00 € per person or supplement by own. For packages booked for 2 or more you will receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat once.

All the houses are provided with a covered terrace and balcony. A laundry surcharge can be used. A special feature is our fine sandy sandy beach directly behind the dunes. The wide beach and shallow water extending over 1km and invite you to swim and relax. A well-developed hiking and bicycle path on the dunes leading up to the neighboring towns Göhren and Sellin. Baabe offers a good infrastructure with many shops, restaurants and entertainments. The promenade and Kurmuschel are only 300 meters away. As you can Kurgast our Baaber Bäderbahn and the bus connection between Sellin and Klein Zicker use for free. Also boat trips are from our small port on the western side of town (Selliner See) possible. Who further wants, can walk, explore the island by bicycle, car or the "Orlando Furioso".
