sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt auch in der kalten Jahreszeit

Wir hatten 3 wundervolle Tage in der charmanten Wohnung am Rande von Prerow in absolut ruhiger und idyllischer Lage. Wir haben fantastisch gut geschlafen und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der sympathische Vermieter war hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir wollen auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Super gemütlich

Sehr schönes uriges Haus mit einem gemütlichen Inneren, zu dieser Jahreszeit (April) viel Licht und Sonne durch die Fenster, und ein sehr herzlicher Kontakt zu dem Vermieter-alles super, wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt (2.Aufenthalt dort). Vielen Dank!

Sehr preiswerte und überaus geräumige Ferienwohnung

Wir (mein Bruder und ich) haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Dazu ist die Ferienwohnung sehr geräumig mit 2 Stockwerken und 4 Betten, das Alles für einen mehr als fairen Preis!!

... würden wir mehr vergeben!Wir machen Urlaub mit unseren zwei Hunden und es ist gar nicht so leicht, da eine bezahlbare, schöne Unterkunft zu finden!Mit der Unterkunft von Herrn Buchholz sind wir fündig geworden!Super ruhig gelegen am Waldrand und Rand von Prerow, trotzdem alles gut erreichbar (Fahrrad ist von Vorteil). Mit Herrn Buchholz hatten wir einen freundlichen, entspannten Herbergsvater. Bei Fragen gab es den kurzen Dienstweg.Kurzum: wir waren rund um zufrieden und haben uns sauwohl gefühlt!Danke, Herr Buchholz!!!:-)

Niedliches Häuschen unter Bäumen

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem charmanten Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung ließ kaum Wünsche offen – alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht, war vorhanden. Ein Toaster wäre noch das i-Tüpfelchen, aber das ist wirklich Jammern auf hohem Niveau.Die Sauberkeit entsprach dem rustikalen Charme des Hauses – wie man es von einem Lehmhaus erwarten würde, gemütlich und natürlich, ohne dabei ungepflegt zu wirken. Besonders positiv aufgefallen ist uns die Möglichkeit, unsere E-Bikes direkt vor dem Haus an einer Außensteckdose zu laden – ein echter Pluspunkt für Radfahrer!Das absolute Highlight ist jedoch die Lage: Mitten im Wald, absolut ruhig und naturnah, und trotzdem nur einen Katzensprung vom Ortszentrum entfernt. Alles ist bequem mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar – ideal für alle, die gern aktiv sind, ohne auf Komfort verzichten zu wollen.Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit – man fühlte sich sofort willkommen.Wir kommen gerne wieder!
