Cozy maisonette apartment for up to 4 p. west-facing balcony, WLAN, bicycle shed

This cosy holiday rental is approximately 62 m² in size. The living area on the upper floor is furnished with a comfortable sofa set, a dining table, a radio with a CD/DVD player, and a TV with satellite and cable. The open-concept kitchen features an oven, dishwasher, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, and electric kettle. The bathroom on the upper floor is equipped with a shower and a toilet. A spiral staircase leads to the attic, where you’ll find the second bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as two bedrooms.
The first bedroom features a cosy double bed (180 x 200 cm); the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds (90 x 200 cm), each equipped with fly screens and roller shades. Bedding is included in the price for stays of 7 nights or more.
A west-facing balcony invites you to enjoy the day in the sun. The apartment also comes with a parking space. Shared access to a bike shed, a coin-operated washing machine/dryer, and a playground makes the apartment particularly family-friendly. Wi-Fi is also available free of charge.
Please note that barbecuing is not permitted on the premises.

Note on possible additional costs:
For check-outs on Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday, a 50% surcharge will be added to the cleaning fee. In some cases, it may be possible to adjust your travel dates to avoid this surcharge. Please note that bookings from June through September must be as continuous as possible.

If bed linens and/or towels are not provided in the booked property, they can be added to your reservation. We charge €12 per set for bed linens and €8 per set for towels. A linen change is not provided.

The visitor’s tax is based on Prerow’s current regulations and must be paid in cash upon arrival at the VVR Flöter rental office.
