The 78 m² apartment in a beach house style offers everything for an unforgettable holiday. The newly built holiday complex Zwei Wasser is located in the Maritime School in the Baltic Sea resort of Wustrow. The building of the Maritime School was built between 1847 and 1849 and was used as a home for navigation lessons. Until 1992 it was a school building for seafaring in several variations and has been renovated in recent years and reopened in 2020. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via an elevator. It convinces with a balcony facing east, its two bathrooms and the captain's bedroom (inside). The 5m² balcony is accessible from the bedroom and living room. It has a table with four chairs and two sun loungers for pure relaxation. Let the morning sun kiss you and then enjoy a rich breakfast with an unforgettable side view of the lagoon and the surrounding area. The 3-room apartment can accommodate 4 people. Here you can spend a relaxing holiday at any time of the year. The high ceilings underline the friendly and spacious character of the apartment. The living area with its cozy sofa and armchairs invites you to spend relaxing hours together. Dogs can also let their four paws dangle here. The harmoniously coordinated furniture, the murals and home accessories let you quickly calm down and make your vacation a special experience. The design floor covering laid throughout the entire living and sleeping area of the apartment has a simple and subtle effect; in all areas of the apartment, underfloor heating ensures cozy warmth. A hi-fi system and a flat-screen TV (50 inches) provide entertainment in the living room. Of course there is free WiFi and a safe in the apartment. The fully equipped NOLTE fitted kitchen is separated from the living room and has built-in electrical appliances such as an induction cooker, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer and a microwave. With numerous cooking accessories, the kitchen is perfectly equipped for a culinary evening. The large dining table with comfortable chair chairs provides additional comfort. Both bedrooms have a flat-screen TV (32 inches), and both bathrooms have a walk-in shower, a toilet and a vanity with a vanity unit. The modern, light wall tiles in wood look shine for the special ambience of the beach house style. A cosmetic mirror and a hair dryer are small details that are included in the bathroom. The rental office and bread service are located in the main building. An outdoor parking space can be booked for your apartment. The beach of the beautiful Baltic Sea is only 600 m away. There you can relax and enjoy long walks. A bicycle storage room is available for our cyclists directly at the house. There are several shops within a few meters.
