Sehr schönes, gepflegtes und sehr sauberes Appartement in hervorragender EG-Lage besonders für Hundebesitzer wegen der angrenzenden Terrasse und Rasenflächen und einer sehr guten Abgrenzung zum Nachbargrundstück im hinteren Bereich. Die Ausstattung ist sehr umfänglich in jeder Hinsicht ist alles da, was man braucht, bis hin zum Wäscheständer. Bis zum Strand und Hundestrand, Hafen oder in den Ort ist es jeweils nur eine kurze Strecke. Das Auto kann im reservierten, hausnahen Parkplatz stehen bleiben. Wustrow bietet eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre, sowohl auf Ostsee- als auch Boddenseite. Eine Entdeckung der umliegenden Bäderorte lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Mit einem Überraschungspäckchen wird man als Hausgast tatsächlich überrascht, für Hundebesitzer sogar Leckerlies und Kotbeutel, für uns Menschen über eine Gewürzauswahl, Zucker, Waschmittel, Spüli bis zum Duschgel. Sehr engagiertes KuKTeam. Alles Bestens!
