★ Home base perfect for families, groups and remote workers.
★ Kids are welcome, the home is not child-proofed.

THE SPACE

★ WALKABLE LOCATION: Walk to downtown stores/restaurants, Lake Ontario, West Pier Lighthouse, marina at Breitbeck Park, Fort Ontario, Harborfest, Paddlefest. Short drive to SUNY Oswego and the nuclear power plants.

★ 4 COMFORTABLE BEDROOMS: Two king-size bedrooms (with smart TVs, one with workspace), one full-size bedroom (with ensuite ½ bath and workspace), and one with two twin XL beds—perfect for families, groups, or working travelers, all with plush bedding.

★ 3 BATHROOMS: 1 full bath with shower (no tub), 2 half bathrooms—ample, private options for groups.

★ MULTIPLE WORKSPACES + FAST WIFI: Remote work and study-friendly—ideal for business travelers or student families.

★ GREAT FOR GATHERING: Spacious living, dining, and game areas. Ample seating to gather as a group or find your own space. Board games and puzzles provide hours of entertainment.

★ WELL-EQUIPPED KITCHEN: Prepare meals just like home—new refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, coffee makers, toaster, blender, ice machine, cookware, utensils, dishes, glassware, basic pantry essentials, and a variety of coffee and teas. ***Note: no dishwasher***

★ 3 SMART TV'S In both king bedrooms and living room, with popular streaming service access.

★ OFF-STREET PARKING: Two-car driveway and seasonal street parking (street parking not available in winter).

★ PRIVATE FENCED YARD: Featuring fire pit, charcoal grill, and screened-in back porch for outdoor enjoyment.

★ PET FRIENDLY: Fenced yard, dog crate, bowls, and poop bags provided (see dog-friendly guidelines).

★ WASHER/DRYER: Includes detergent and clothes steamer for guest convenience.

★ Note: There is a ring camera at the front exterior entrance and a noise decibel monitor inside (decibels only).

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

★ Window A/C units (from June to early Sept) and reliable heat throughout the house.
★ Ceilings: Some ceilings are low and we ask you to please be careful not to hit your noggin on the way up or down!
★ No dishwasher
★ Kiddos: The home is not childproofed, so please supervise little ones accordingly.
★ Pup PSA: $75 pet fee per pet. Yes, the yard is fenced—but some dogs are basically furry Houdinis. For everyone's peace of mind (and your pup's safety), please don't leave them unattended in the yard as we do not guarantee the strength of the fencing. You can also walk your pup to one of three nearby parks.
