"Great place and spacious room. Clean and tidy"

"I loved my upstairs room with a view. Clean, spacious, tidy and the bed was so comfy. The best thing about this hotel is that it is pet friendly and I have two indoor-only, well-trained cats. Unfortunately, I had some young and unruly partying guests late at night in the room next door, however, the hotel management sorted them out immediately upon notification and peace was restored. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be close to a convenient main road, and within walking distance of the Botanic Gardens, university, museum, shops cafes, restaurants and the main street of town. I strolled safely up to the scenic Octagon at night for a lovely dinner - lots of options."
