It was super quiet in the neighborhood (however the neighborhoods getting there seemed a bit sketchy) the street that this house is on is a family street and very quiet. (Which was key for me because im a super light sleeper!!) We were so comfortable and loved this little home."

"We had an incredible time staying at this property. It was exactly as listed and completely clean. Very scenic, quiet, but with fully reliable internet, power, and hot water. The fire place was functional and really added to our experience. The only knock would be that the location doesn't have many food options available, but the kitchen space is huge and there's a grill outside so we had no trouble making delicious meals. The host was responsive, generous, and helpful. Highly recommend...

"The place was great. Four of my siblings, a nephew, and my father stayed for 2 nights to visit my terminally ill brother who lives in the area. The house is located near the center of town near restaurants. The spaciousness was helpful for private contemplation, yet the gathering rooms were great for getting together to share our experiences. The collection of items was a source of conversation in and of themselves."

"We spent a long weekend at the Apple Tree Pond property and it was as described! The house is beautiful and exactly as described. We enjoyed fishing and using the boats, and enjoyed relaxing on this beautiful property. Communication was good and quick and helpful! The only suggestion I have are for the door for the playroom with the dart board and ping pong table. The door got locked before our stay and they had to get the maintenance over to unlock it which took some time, no big deal at all,...

"Overall we were very pleased with room and accommodations. Some issues with bugs in the house, nothing crazy or over the top. Ants, earwigs, etc. Might be improved by trimming back some landcaping. Owners have done a nice job updating an older home. Would recommend overall."
