Very nice quiet and relaxing place to unwind. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Special shoutout to Vivi who took time to help us with our rush laundry and took our pictures before we took to the airport

No room on arrival!
I arrived at ~21:00 having pre-booked and paid through hotels.com a few weeks in advance. On arrival I was informed that there were no rooms due to renovations - there were no obvious signs of renovations. I informed the receptionist that I had already paid for the room in advance and was told that I should have been informed. I agreed that I should have been but I was not. In fact, only an hour prior I received an e-mail from hotels.com requesting feedback on my check-in. They did offer to send me to another hotel (another 20 minutes further out of town) but as I has an 08:00 meeting in Iloilo town this would have meant ~45 minute journey in the morning to my meeting so I declined and found another option. The place itself looked very nice and was gated and guarded so seemed secure, but getting there from the airport takes you down some dimly lit backstreets. Not an area for a quiet stroll.

Not What I Expected At All
*** DISCLAIMER: MY RATING IS BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE, NOT THE STAR LEVEL I BELIEVE THE HOTEL SHOULD BE *** Arrived at the Sheridan about 10:30 p.m. after a long flight from the States. Was very tired when I checked in and just wanted to grab a bite to eat and go to bed. Was told that the restaurant closed at 10 -- and the last food order was to be in by 8:30 p.m. (Really?) I was advised to "use the minibar." As I prepared to head for my room, I was given a few sheets of paper and asked to select my breakfast choices for the next morning -- including time. Again, seriously? I just spent 40 hours on planes and in airports and I'm expected to know when I'm getting up the next morning and what I want to eat? My room was infested with mosquitoes, and the ones I didn't kill got me overnight. The primary reason for my visit to IloIlo was business, and this most certainly is NOT a business hotel. WIFI is not secure (I checked using special software) and it's extremely slow. Don't even think of leaving the premises by foot in search of food -- or anything else. This place is in the middle of nowhere, off a dirt road. If your goal is to get away from it all with your family, then this might be the perfect destination for you. The swimming areas look amazing. But if you're coming to IloIlo on business, there are infinitely better options in the city. I prepaid for five nights on Expedia, but checked out after the second. I ate the other three nights, and don't regret it one bit.

Nice hotel except bath room
The hotel has small lake and garden. The location is far from the downtown of Iloilo. So, it was calm and silent so that visitors may rest. Breakfast was reserved at the check-in time. The quality was average. The staff was very kind and helpful. The shortage was bath room. The supply of tap water was terrible!

깨끗하고 정원과 수영장이 좋지만 교통이 너무 불편해
숙박은 깨끗하고 조식포함이라 좋고 야외 수영장이 너무 좋았다. 그러나 일로일로 중심지가 아닌 오톤이라는 외곽이라 택시비도 비싸고 잘안가려고 했다.
