This is our 4th stay in Ottawa and by far was the best. From check in to check out we had a great time. The staff was warm and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent with good choices. Loved the fresh fruit and other healthy choices.

The hotel was outdated, but clean. The staff was generally friendly and helpful. I appreciate always seeing someone at the front desk. Good location, walking distance from a Tim Hortons and Moxi’s. What was unpleasant is common areas where not managed. There were children running around wildly all over throughout 3 days. Parents didn’t mange it, but neither the staff.

The staff were very accommodating on a short notice/last minute booking and were able to get me into a room right away. Amazing customer service. And the free airport shuttle was a blessing as well.
