Location was very convenient for business at the Museum of Civilization. Room was clean and comfortable. Mechanical equipment outside was noisy but luckily I brought earplugs. I used the restaurant twice - once for breakfast and once for the bar in the evening. Service and offerings in the restaurant / bar were ok at best. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly.

Check in was very pleasant. Our bathtub drain was clogged and was fixed immediately! Parking was not overpriced. All staff were very professional. Highly Recommend

Great hotel. Location was a big plus, ~20 min walk from Byward market makes Parliament, food and shopping easily accessible. Along with a great bagel place on the corner. Cleanliness was good, hotel staff was friendly but could’ve been a bit more informational. Room (1 king bed) was excellent comfy and spacious. Parking was extra but a good rate for the area. Would recommend.

Good hotel, clean and close to everything downtown Gatineau. When I checked in (6pm), the receptionist was not at her desk, came after 2 minutes and didn’t even apologize or say hi, as if she was doing me a favor. The hotel itself was good value for the price. Would come back if the staff was nicer.

The hotel itself was good. We had a nice room and the mattress was comfortable. The main downfall was that the staff was not very friendly or accommodating. They were rude upon check in and overall dismissive. The location was convenient but I’m not sure I’d book there again.

Stayed for one night to catch a show at the Casino. Rooms was very comfortable and we had a beautiful view of the River and Ottawa parliament buildings. Friendly staff, reasonable price, super easy parking at a reasonable rate. Would stay again
