Pool area was pretty clean and both pool and hot tub were operating. But the shower in room could’ve used some work and mid water pressure. Bed was comfy and clean with proper mattress covers (I ALWAYS do a bed bug check) but overall checked all the boxes as a solo, female, black traveler, especially for the price! Also pretty good variety of local and chain restaurants and stores for what feels like the middle of nowhere lol.

We had stayed here once before a couple years ago. It was nice then, but something's happened over the past few years. The staff were very helpful and polite but that's where the good stops. The linens and towels had stains on them. The shower was dirty and there was hair on the walls. I walked around the room barefoot for a bit and when I got in the shower, I was leaving dirty foot prints so the floors weren't very clean. The cabinet door that hides the fridge wouldn't stay closed. Drywall tape was cracking or coming off in multiple places. The hot tub would start out not full enough and bathwater warm, then they'd turn on something and the hot tub would gradually fill until almost over flowing and was then too hot. The other pool was very cold. The bed was firm and comfortable, but the pillows we thin and small. We won't be coming back.

For the price, it was a clean and almost comfortable stay. The air conditioning was just below acceptable. Even set to 60 degrees, the room was still a little warm. The refrigerator was set so low that it took all day to cool down, which meant our left-over food was no good. The indoor pool was incredibly cold, and the hot tub should be renamed to a warm tub. The elevator certificate was 1.5 years expired and smelled like hydraulic fluid. Breakfast options were skimpy, but acceptable. If you are just needing a place to stay overnight, this is certainly economical. But for a family weekend, I do not recommend. There are better places in the immediate vicinity for just a few more bucks.

For the price and availability the amenities were above par. The breakfast had enough options to be different for the 3 mornings we were there. There is a EV charger which I used. The staff were extremely accommodating. 5 stars

The room I had was great for traveling with dogs as I got a bottom floor room. However, everything smelled like chemicals. Not like freshly cleaned but almost like a garage. Even the bedding had a smell. The bathtub looked newer and the fixtures were new and clean. The floor was cracked and dirty. Breakfast was good and the area to eat was clean. Great location and good value but one night stay was prob the right amount of time to spend there.
