Welcome to this modern semi-detached home in the heart of Westboro, only 10 minutes from downtown Ottawa. You’ll love this centrally located, vibrant neighbourhood offering every amenity—find quaint cafes and local dining, boutique shops, grocery and liquor stores, banks, and easy access to transit all within a short walking distance. A short stroll will take you to Westboro Beach and the Ottawa river pathway where you can enjoy the outdoors by foot or bike.

Whether you are in Ottawa for work or leisure, this home will provide you with a private oasis in the heart of the city to relax and unwind. Inside you’ll find a bright, modern, recently built home with expansive windows throughout. You’ll love the spacious kitchen with high end appliances, quartz countertops and island with walnut accents, shelving and more. You will enjoy comfortable furnishings throughout the home.
