The bed was very comfortable, and the room was quiet. The set up of the room was a little sparse. Although we had to pay for parking, it was easy, safe and clean. The location was great for walking to popular old town sites and places to eat/drink.

We really enjoyed our stay and will be back. The renovation has everything all shiny and new. The concept definitely works with many amenities in the common area with a great vibe you want to hang out in. The staff are very enthusiastic and were keen to attend to all our needs. The bed was comfortable with good water pressure in the shower. Definitely worth checking out.

Really happy with our stay! Comfortable room, friendly staff, good food, nice gym, great vibe, and a fun play area for kids/adults/ family ( Greqt ideas btw! ) . The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions, and we loved that everything felt brand new. We had a small issue with the room lock, but it was fixed right away. We’d definitely stay here again!

The hotel was beautiful. It took a lap around the block to find the entrance, the area had construction happening. However, the security parking was wonderful. We walked around the neighbourhood- it is in the heart of downtown, so much to see and do. The hotel was beautiful and we ended our evening in the hotel bar, and started our morning in the pool. A great weekend getaway!

I did not like the ceiling above the bed. It was concrete and had some paint obviously peeling. When we complained, they offered a room without peeling paint. We were happier with that room. We ate breakfast in the dining room and we were pleased with it. Overall the place was good. Very convenient to the attractions downtown. We walked easily to the National Arts Centre, the Parliament buildings, good restaurants, the Keg and a Moroccan one.

Newly reinvented Moxy hotel from an old building with style. Nicely done. Bed was very comfortable. Everything and everywhere were so clean and well maintain. I would suggest to park your car in the hotel indoor parking lot where is secured and safe. The location of the hotel is on the east side of the ByWard market district where you may feel a little uneasy at night.

When we visited this hotel was only three weeks old. They were still working out some kinks in terms of staff knowledge, etc.… But they are extremely helpful. Their rooms are new and nicely designed. Can’t wait for the rooftop patio and the pool to be open.

Staff was amazing, parking garage was welll lit and clean. I felt the safety features were adequate. However. The drug addicts camped out 20yards from the Hotel is disgusting. Won’t be long before the front door smells like urine and you have to step over a bum. I used to love this City but now it’s gross. It’s filthy, smells like urine, and you are nearly accosted by a begging addict every time you go out for a walk. We saw tents set up between the roadway, herds of drug addicts hanging out. It was never like this.
