The water smells so bad

The location is okay; but you are basically staying at a pit stop off the highway: an onroute with a motel. The check in is a kiosk beside Pizza Hut: if you come after hours and miss the staff you have to pick your key at the gas station so if you need anything for your stay, you are out of luck until the next day. We were told when we got there that water is not drinkable and I get it as the water has an awful smell. Not sure if you would be told by the after hour person at the gas station? So we needed to buy water for our stay. Taking a shower is not a pleasant experience as the water really smells terrible! The room and bed are good and comfortable; the space is quite clean. No complains there! There is nowhere to hang a towel so they stay wet. We thought that someone would do our room and give us new towels but no one came. We were left with our wet towels until the morning we check out and ask for dry ones. So stay if you dare but I will not stay there again.

VRBO incompetence

Well I went to check in and the hotel had no reservation for me and they have never heard of VRBO nor did they even have a room available. I called VRBO and they said no worries we will check into this he said we have your back. After a 20 min wait he confirmed i was not booked into this place. This is how they have your back, i was told to go find another place to stay at 8pm at night in the middle of no where. THX VRBO
