The Business Inn

10/10 Excellent

"I booked this hotel for a trip with my family. I have a toddler and when the front desk saw it, they immediately offered me a crib and it was almost immediately brought up to the room. I was surprised that every corner of the furniture had baby-proofing silicone bumps. It was a thoughtful design considering they’re called the business inn. Everything in the room was cleaned properly and well maintained. The air conditioning units worked really well. The room has a lot of living areas. My toddler was super happy, she could run around the room. I was not worried about her bumping her head since it’s baby-proofed. The breakfast was another nice touch. They have free laundry on the 4th floor, although I didn’t use it because I only stayed a night. The location is close to major attractions. Definitely would stay here again if I’m back to Ottawa."

"Great old classy hotel. In good location for a few days. High tea was very over priced and not that good. Not all high teas are created equal. You may call it high tea, but this was very underwhelming for $200."
