"Absolutely the best stay for me and my family. We stayed 3 nights. The staff were just amazing, very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were very clean, the breakfast was superb, lot of choices for everyone. The fact it was included was a bonus! Free coffee all day all night. Parking underground was free as well and safe. We left the car there and just took an uber wherever we needed to go. I will stay only here when I’m back. It’s a keeper! What more can you ask for"

"Ne pas oublier que la piscine est en rénovation, des pièces manquent que le personnel m'a dit. C'est bien dommage car il faisait chaud dehors, et le soir cela aurait été très apprécié de faire mes exercices pour mon dos en apesanteur. Pour le reste, j'avais demandé une chambre avec air climatisé qui fonctionne car la ménopause n'est pas facile à vivre. Étant handicapée, cela a été très difficile pour moi, de monter tous mes bagages car il n'y a pas de personnel pour ça. Par contre, j'ai eu de l'aide pour le retour lorsque je suis partie, car c'était impossible après mon congrès à Ottawa, j'étais complétement épuisée."

"Terrific location, excellent service, friendly staff. Only 2 things to note. 1. Pool needs more chairs or loungers. 2. Need some kind of seat (chair or couch) near elevator on 3rd floor. We really enjoyed our short stay. Commendations to our waiter in dinning room, Duncan, for his excellent service and recommendations."

"Bel hôtel en général, le restaurant pour déjeuner est bien mais salle trop petite à mon avis. Pas assez de tables. Le wifi est médiocre. Le personnel est très gentil et à notre écoute. L'ascenseur est lent."
