"The proximity to my location of visit. Great customer service (particularly from Laura who was kind to give me directions) Fantastic breakfast Polite and friendly staff Spacious and cozy well furnished room Toiletries and water conveniently available to guests And functioning utilities. My only reservation was the old ceiling boards on the hall way but great hotel overall. I will give them 10/10 and looking forward to my next visit. By the way, my $100 damage deposit is yet to be reversed. Hopefully this will be done"

"We adore this hotel! The staff is amazing! They’re welcoming and so helpful. They helped us to store our bikes and brought up a fan to our room as my husband can’t sleep without one. The rooms are gorgeous. So clean and modern with large windows and you can’t beat the central location. "
