"This will be our new go to hotel for Montreal. The staff was amazing. The loft was beautiful. There is no elevator and quite a hike up the stairs, but that in no way will stop us going back over and over. The hotel has 3 restaurants on site we tried 2 for supper and sunday Jazz Brunch. All 3 meals were great. i am looking forward to our November trip"
"This is a great hotel when staying in Ottawa. The parking is included which it is not at other Ottawa hotels. They have a great breakfast and Hillary the breakfast supervisor was so helpful getting you a table when it was busy in the mornings. She was lovely to talk to and remembered us from our stay last year. Great customer service."
