"I had a great stay at this Ottawa hotel. The hospitality from check-in to check-out was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Breakfast was also a highlight with lots of choice and everything tasted very good. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I would definitely return in fact every time I come to this area I visit this hotel; this would be 6th visit in 5 years. Highly recommend !"

"We only stayed one night, so we didn't use the laundry service, but check in was painless and friendly. Room was large and clean, fridge, microwave and great TV. Everything was clean and well kept. Underground indoor parking and a good buffet breakfast were included. Very convenient location. "
