"Room was not all the way done. Internet wasn’t working to watch Netflix on tv. NO POOL and nobody said there wasn’t one at any point. Only found out when we went to go get in it at 8pm and saw it was green and closed off. Staff said they couldn’t do anything. Asked for a discount on the room and they said I had to ask Expedia because they can’t because I booked through a third party. Breakfast was not good either. "

"The hard wired smoke detector kept beeping. We tried to remedy the issue but the front desk didn't seem to care. I wanted to call the fire department because that is a hazard. Then, the hot tub malfunctioned and was also dirty. Never coming back "

"Charming older home with many modern upgrades, including an updated kitchen. The stairs and walkway were very slippery upon arrival, but the host responded and applied ice melt resolving the issue."
