This comfortably furnished holiday home offers 75 square meters of living space on one level, accommodating up to five people. With unobstructed views of the idyllic lake, a lawn and a covered south-facing terrace with garden furniture and a charcoal grill invite you to relax. A large canoe is also provided, perfect for exploring the lake district. The adjacent garden shed offers storage space for bicycles and charging your e-bikes.








... The living/dining room with integrated kitchenette features a 40" flat-screen TV with digital satellite reception, a Blu-ray (DVD) player, and a CD radio. A three-seater sofa and two armchairs complete the living area.

The bay window area offers ample space for six people to dine and boasts a magnificent view of the South Sea. The dining and living area is partially equipped with underfloor heating.

Separate from the living room are three bedrooms, all featuring high-quality vinyl flooring (no carpeting – suitable for allergy sufferers):

Each bedroom has a spacious wardrobe.

All beds (no bunk beds!) are equipped with adjustable slatted frames at the head and foot, as well as new mattresses.

All bedrooms are fitted with insect screens and roller shutters. A crib and highchair are available for young children. Available.

The adjoining bathroom with shower, two sinks, hairdryer, and toilet is located next to the bedrooms. Insect screens and privacy screens are also installed on the windows.

A washing machine, ironing board with iron, and a clothes drying rack are located in a dedicated utility room. The vacation home has a separate rear entrance via the storage room.

The entire house is heated by a gas central heating system.

The house also offers free Wi-Fi and, since 2024, a fiber optic connection with high-speed internet.
