"My adult daughter and I stayed here with our two dogs so that we could have our own space whilst visiting family nearby. The bungalow was absolutely perfect for us; well equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, dog friendly, enclosed garden with fabulous views and lots of lovely walks nearby. Host was extremely welcoming and helpful. We will most certainly be returning. Thoroughly recommend."

"I contacted the property hosts before booking as I would be arriving late and they were very helpful and accommodating. I also received check in details over text so great to refer back to on arrival with a fried brain from a long drive. "Overall we enjoyed our stay but there was a few things that took the edge off a perfect break. The shower in the en-suite bedroom leaked through the kitchen ceiling so we couldn’t use it which meant that nine of us had to use the one other shower! The French door/window in the lounge was difficult to open & close and the rain came in at the bottom right side and the carpet got wet and we couldn’t open the bi fold doors in the dining area. The cutlery wasn’t very clean so we had to wash it all...

"Our stay was amazing. Judith , Julian and family were above and beyond. Our Grandsons had a wonderful time on the farm 🚜 we had a tour, bringing the cows in from the field , to watching them being milked, then to feed two new baby calves , and to end it with a tractor 🚜 ride 😀. The accommodation is very clean, and the boys loved living upside down lol 😆. The countryside is beyond words, stunning . I would recommend this 100% we shall definitely go again. Thankyou"

"This cottage is one of the best equipped holiday homes we have stayed in. It was a comfortable home from home. The cottage is close to local shops and restaurants, as well the bus stop for the short ride to the harbour and shopping area. "The property was amazing and huge! Had everything we could possibly want. The swimming pool and hot tub was a great addition as well as the ping pong table/football field/basketball hoop! "Lovely spacious lodge which is decorated and furnished to a high standard. Pleasant to sit on patio and enjoy the views. The holiday park is large and if you or any one in your group has mobility issues a car is a must - there is a steep slope/hill leading to treetops. The lodge is located in a quiet area of the park. Owners Adria and Steve next door and available if needed. Lovely location to explore Devon :)"

"We had a wonderful experience at this property. The location is perfect. We traveled via train and the station is literally right across the street. As for the hotel it has wonderful ocean views. It is the perfect starting point for a walk along the waterfront. I am a huge Agatha Christie fan so this was the perfect place to stay and start our experience. The hotel is very grand - like the name - but also very inviting and comfortable. All of the staff were wonderful. Highly recommend!"

"The Royal Beacon is a nice comfortable hotel with excellent views. The bedroom furniture was a bit dated but in reasonable condition. The bed was very great. The bathroom décor was also a bit dated, but very clean and serviceable with plenty of hot water and flutty clean towels. The staff were very pleasant. It's just a shame there's no evening dining. Having said that, there are lots of restaurants and cafes in close proximity. "
