"Excellent very smart modern hotel in the centre of Ouarzazate with nicely kept grounds and a beautiful big swimming pool (not heated so a bit chilly in April). A nice choice of food with several restaurants. Good prompt room service for dining in room (handy when you arrive between meals). All the facilities you’d expect. Friendly staff. Very enjoyable stay."

The rooms were clean, comfortable and modern. The spa was also basic, though one might research for a more authentic experience; however, convenience satisfied with a relaxing massage. "Service, hospitality, staff were excellent. Mohammad, Yassin, The chef, & and the third server were warm, attentive and accommodating to our dietary needs. Few flaws of this property- this property is in a remote location, deep inside the village. Few rooms, particularly the nearest rooms to the office at the ground floor and the one at the top floor, smelled terrible. Not sure if the smell was related to the cleaning supplies used or the old wood furniture or unwashed area rugs in the room. "
