This gorgeous 75-square-meter apartment is a real gem for your stay in Normandy! With its 3 spacious bedrooms, modern bathroom, and balcony offering a magnificent view of the canal and the lighthouse, it combines comfort with seaside charm. You’ll also enjoy its private garden, perfect for relaxing. Just a few minutes from the beaches, it’s the ideal spot for a seaside getaway!
Located on the upper floor, this 75 m² apartment offers all the comforts you need for an unforgettable stay.

As you enter, you’ll find a spacious, bright living room on your left—perfect for relaxing.

The living room is furnished with several comfortable sofas, a TV, a dining table, and a sideboard—ideal for convivial meals or relaxing moments with family or friends.

At the far end of the room, a balcony furnished with a table and chairs invites you to enjoy a superb view of the canal and the lighthouse.

Across from the entrance, a large closet makes it easy to store your belongings.

Opposite the closet is a separate room featuring a vanity with a mirror and a toilet.

Further on, the fully equipped kitchen awaits you: gas stove, oven, refrigerator, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker… Everything you need to prepare delicious meals!

To the right of the entrance, a staircase leads you upstairs, where you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms:

One bedroom with two single beds

Theupstairs also features a modern bathroom with a toilet.

You’ll also find a washing machine there, as well as a vanity with a mirror.

Outside, a private garden is located to the right of the building’s entrance, perfect for enjoying a moment of peace and quiet.

Two free parking spaces are available right in front of the entrance, one on each side of the gate.

Included: Wi-Fi, linens (towels, tea towels, bath mats, bed sheets), a roll of toilet paper, a sponge, and a trash bag will be waiting for you in the apartment. For the rest of your stay, we’ll leave it up to you to purchase what you need.

You’ll have access to the entire apartment as well as all the amenities.
You’ll receive a set of keys.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM at the latest.

The area around Rue Dumont d’Urville in Ouistreham is a quiet residential area, close to city centre and all local amenities. You’ll find mainly single-family homes and small apartment buildings there, featuring architecture typical of the region, which gives the area a certain charm.

The area is well-served by public transport, making it easy to get to other parts of Ouistreham and neighbouring towns. The town centre is within walking distance or just a few minutes by car, with many shops, restaurants, and services nearby.

Just a short walk away, Ouistreham’s fine-sand beaches offer the perfect setting for outdoor recreation. You can enjoy long walks along the coast, participate in water sports, or simply take in the view and the region’s relaxing atmosphere.
