Rented as a whole, and Ideally located on the seafront with an exceptional view of Riva Bella beach, Villa Tamaris is a Norman house offering all the comfort and amenities of a true family home.

You’ll love strolling along the most beautiful beach on the coast, sipping a cocktail at the beach bar just 50m away, or simply watching the sunset over the sea from the bedroom terrace.

Fully renovated in 2024, Villa Tamaris is very spacious for 6 people: 160m², 3 bedrooms, 1 office.

On a 300m² plot, you’ll enjoy a private, secure, and flowered outdoor area including:
- A driveway for one car.
- A 70m² courtyard, sheltered from view, with 3 sun loungers, a gas barbecue, outdoor table, parasol, and 6 chairs.

Ground floor:
- Washing machine, dryer.

1st floor:
- Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, rice cooker...).
- Large living room.
- Dining room with 6 chairs and beautiful sea views from two sides.

2nd floor:
- Master bedroom with en-suite shower room and private terrace. Bed 160x200, superb sea view.
