Room was clean but small by North American standards. Staff was helpful. Hotel was close to Plaza Major. However, it could be noisy sometimes in the evenings or wee mornings because of nearby restaurants and people in the street. This may bother light sleepers.

I reserved the room for 4 people but they just gave me three towels. The Tissue paper only 4 sheets left, I guess it’s left from the previous guest.
My kids complained the couch bed was not comfortable.
