O apartamento é bem equipado porém precisa de cuidado, a cadeira de escritório está muito desgastada e instável, o suporte para xampu e sabonete do chuveiro está quebrado ficando duas peças de metal que podem cortar a pele, o controle do ar condicionado estava sem pilhas e algumas lâmpadas estavam queimadas. Todos estes pontos não estragaram a estadia...

"I stayed this hotel for one night, this hotel gives me very good impression, the front desk staffs Rafael and Ruan and the other two who can speak English are extremely nice and friendly, some of the front desk can speak very good English and they would like to help at all time. Also the luggage guys are very nice too. They just doing their best to carry the luggages in and out, a boy sent me to the taxi all the way out. Very good people.
