"Beautiful property! Flowers and plants were pretty. Everything was fresh and clean. So close to the south entrance of Sequoia NP. AC worked great! Only downside was the breakfast area was very small and they had a line out the door, but it was also Father’s Day."

"Stayed for 10 nights in order to fully explore Sequoia National Park and Kings Canyon. Good location. Across street from a few local restaurants and a small food store. Loved the Parks! Expect a lot of driving. Best burgers at Ard Farkles golf course. No, that is not a typo! Hotel was clean, staff helpful, breakfast was enough to get your day started. Our door deadbolt didn't work right and they could not fix it it seems. We always travel with an alarm so wasn't a huge deal. There was another lock also. Beds were comfortable, too. Would stay here again."

"Great pre and post communication with the host Robin. The house was very clean, comfortable and roomy for all 6 of us traveling together. The pool and outside decks were perfect for relaxing evenings following our long day hikes in the parks. We had a really nice stay in Three Rivers!"

"Our group included my parents, my kids (11 amd 14) and us. Each of us LOVED this stay, but for different reasons. The house was described perfectly - it was cozy, with a great location, and well stocked. The river was the best screen-free respite for our kids after long days in Sequoia/Kings Canyon, and the back patio was a quiet and peaceful space for evening conversation.The kitchen is on the smaller side, which was fine for us as we bought pre-made meals with little need for prep (it just would have been tight if we were cooking large meals). The beds were on the firmer side, and were moderately comfy, but tt was really nice having 2 single beds for our kiddos.Also, Robin was such a lovely host. This was our first CA stop on a long family vacation, and she was reassuring, easy to reach, and so helpful! We gave it a family score of 9/10 stars, with my 11 year old saying he wished we didn't have to leave so soon (best recommendation a place can get!) "

"My husband and I visited this lovely cabin and absolutely loved it. The view was better than expected and we loved hanging on the back porch and watching and listening to the river. It was fun to watch rafters and kayakers go by. The cabin inside was very comfortable as well and the hosts provided everything we would need. I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone visiting the National Parks!"
