Great location, just steps from town! Spacious, clean, and a large outdoor deck with Mountain views. Plenty of parking space. Loved the sound of the river. Ideal for relaxing and exploring Ouray. Short drive to Telluride for a day trip

Wonderful Stay in Ouray

The unit was in a perfect location to walk to town, jump on a hiking trail, Karen to the roaring river below us and taking in breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains! The unit had everything we needed for my family of 7! We would stay here again and again and again.

Annual Ice Climbing Trip.

The property was in line with the description. Property Owner/Manager was responsive and helpful. Location easy walk to downtown a d a moderate walk to the ice park. My group highly recommends this property.

Just as advertised

Skiing in Telluride and was initially concerned about the distance. However, it was an easy drive and Ouray is a great little town. The condo was just advertised and would def recommend it.

Perfect location for family vacation

We loved this condo! Our family of 10 came to Ouray over Christmas Vacation. The location was an easy walk to the Ouray Ice Pqrk and to enjoy the shops in town. The entire place was clean and well cared for. The parking was convenient and close

Great Spot in Ouray!

Had a great time at this property. Clean, safe, friendly, and located an easy walk from all the shops, restaurants, etc. in downtown Ouray. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated, and easily fit two small families. The mattresses were a tad bit uncomfortable, but honestly we didn’t spend much time worrying about it, as we were too busy enjoying the family time and the views. Would come again!

Fabulous base for backpacking week

10 people and plenty of room

It was as advertised. It was roomy enough that even when we had 12 adults in the living/dining/kitchen area, it was not crowded. Ouray is a great place to visit.

Cute condo. Great location.

I took my teenage daughter and our friends to Ouray to celebrate her birthday and the Hot Springs condo was just perfect. We had plenty of room and everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Communication with the owners was excellent. We would absolutely stay here again.
